The Cycling BC Associate Membership provides comprehensive liability and
sports injury medical insurance for individual riders while participating in club
or other CBC sanctioned events. Once you have paid your membership
you will receive a VVV membership card proving you are a VVV member and CBC insured. Presentation of the card at several local bike shops will also entitle you to shop discounts.

You can now purchase your insurance for you club registration online!
Simply complete the registration form, read & accept the waiver, and print out receipt for proof of insurance when paying your club dues. This membership/insurance is valid for activities within the club you select.
If you are planning on participating in another clubs' events or in any races, you can purchase a citizen race licence for only $10 more (and not pay for anymore one-event membership at races!). To do this go to the Cycling BC membership page. You will still select your club and will have the
appropriate insurance for all club and race activities.

To avoid race cancellations due to a lack of marshalls, etc., racing members of the Velo Vets are required to volunteer (or if racing, provide a volunteer) for all races conducted or sponsored by the club.

Guest riders are welcome but are required to complete a waiver form and bring it to the ride you wish to participate in.
